JumpRope for Heart is a fundraising and physical activity program built around the idea of skipping. The program is designed to teach students the how and why of physical activity, while raising funds for research programs and those affected by serious heart conditions. Over the following few weeks the students will be taking part in different skipping activities in their PE classes, and have been asked to raise funds for the cause. Students will also have the opportunity to earn some prizes based on the amount of money they raise.
